Event Planning at U of I Boise

If you're interested in reserving space in one of the U of I Boise classrooms or seminar rooms in the Idaho Water Center, or if you're interested in reserving the event space Legacy Pointe, be sure to visit the description pages that outline room arrangement options, technological capabilities and room rates. The room request links are available on each of these pages.

Room Scheduling Priority Order

  • University of Idaho academic courses
  • University of Idaho non-academic programs
  • Non-U of I events

Requests for meetings and events are open 60-days prior to the start of an academic semester or summer session.

Attendee Sign-In Requirement

All visitors to the Idaho Water Center must sign in at the security desk located on the first floor. For meetings and events of 14 attendees or more that are held in University of Idaho Boise rooms, it is the responsibility of the meeting organizer to have their attendees sign in when they arrive. A sign-in sheet will be provided.

Kitchen and Lounge

Kitchens for common use are found on floors two and three. They are equipped with refrigerators, microwaves and dishwashers. Lounge areas for common use are found on floors one through five. Vending machines are located on the first and second floors.
