Family & Supporter Orientation Schedule

Wednesday, August 14

8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. — New Student Orientation Check-In
Theophilus Tower Lawn

Stop by our tent to check into New Student Orientation, receive your schedule and get your name into our Vandal Family Prize Drawing!

7-9 p.m. — Dessert with the Dean
Administration Auditorium and Courtyard

Programming starts at 7 p.m., plan to arrive between 6:30 and 7 p.m. You are cordially invited to a relaxing evening interacting with the Dean of Students, Provost, Vice Provosts, College Deans and other campus leaders as we welcome you to the Vandal Family. You are welcome to stay as long as you like.

Thursday, August 15

8-9:30 a.m. — New Student Orientation Check-In (for those that didn’t check in on Wednesday)

Check into New Student Orientation to receive your swag bag and get your schedule for the weekend.

10 a.m. — Welcome and Life Cycle of a First Year Student

Hear from the office of the Dean of Students on how to best support your student through their first year at University of Idaho.
