CS postdoc and Ph.D. student received travel grant from NSF program

CS postdoctoral fellow Sanaz Salati and Ph.D. student Amruta Kale both received the NSF EarthCube Early-Career Travel Grant to present their research at the 2022 American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting, Chicago. Sanaz and Amruta are both members in Prof. Marshall Ma’s lab at the University of Idaho. Their studies are in the field of data science and artificial intelligence methods as well as the application in Earth and space sciences.
