Modern Milk Production

Learn about all aspects of milk production, from the physiology of lactation to the management of a modern dairy in a program preparing you for a role in the global agriculture economy. Much of your education takes place in on-campus labs and animal centers, where you'll study animal nutrition and reproduction, farm management and other topics.
